Ltd.(“Fuji Commodities”) is a licensed 「legal company」authorized by Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC’ ) to handle futures business ( regulatory number: AAG657) as well as a「participant」of Hong Kong Futures Exchange Ltd (“Futures Exchange”) and Futures Clearing Ltd(“Futures Clearing ”) affiliated to Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Ltd (“Hong Kong Exchange”) that provides clients with futures contracts exchange and clearing service years till now.

Fuji Commodities’s business scope includes futures contracts exchange of all energies, metals, currencies, agricultural products, stock indices, interest rate financial products, etc. in main global futures market such as New York, HK, Chicago, London, and Tokyo .

According to the regulatory information, the HK licensed broker Fuji Hong Kong Commodities Co. Ltd was located at Room 1503-1504, Siu An Plaza, 482, Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, HK .The surveyors visited the broker.

According to the regulatory information, the surveyors came to Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay and made much effort to find Siu An Plaza. Located in a golden area at the Bay, the ancient high-rise was the surveyors’ destination.

The surveyors entered the building and were informed from the floor directory at 1F that it was a 25-storery building in which the broker was located at 15F.

The surveyors then arrived at 15F by elevator and found on the company directory names of the two companies.

The surveyors came to the door of the broker’s office and saw the logo and reception area. As was estimated after having a full view of the office, there were about 30 cubicles in the office whose square was not large.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the HK licensed broker Fuji Hong Kong Commodities was the same with its licensed address. The surveyors visited a website and were informed that the broker held a futures exchange license issued by SFC.
