The team arrived smoothly at City Tower 2, located in downtown Dubai. It is a well-known ultra-luxury office building in the area, surrounded by the core commercial cluster of Dubai, with a strong business atmosphere. Throughout the exterior of the building, no company logo or promotional information bearing the name CAPITAL BOX was found; only a complete panoramic view of the building was captured.

The personnel entered the lobby on the first floor and stated their purpose to the security guards or staff. After completing basic information registration, they were permitted to enter the lobby. However, no complete corporate directory was available on the first floor of the office building, and no information about CAPITAL BOX's presence could be found in the publicly displayed lobby area.

The target floor, the 20th floor, was inaccessible. Throughout the process, no office area of CAPITAL BOX was found, nor were there any visible signs or security measures bearing the company's name. Due to strict security, the personnel were completely unable to go upstairs to take photos. They could not enter the company's premises, nor did they have the opportunity to photograph the reception desk or its logo. The site is also not a shared office space.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker CAPITAL BOX does not exist at the above publicly stated address.
