Process

This issue's survey team visited the forex dealer Fund Gigs in the United Arab Emirates as planned. According to public information, its office address is Grosvenor Business Tower, Office 1401, Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, proceeded to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Fund Gigs, which claims to be located at Grosvenor Business Tower, Office 1401, Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The team arrived smoothly at Grosvenor Business Tower, located on a bustling street in the heart of Dubai's commercial district. It is a well-known luxury office building in the area, with a strong commercial atmosphere in the surroundings. A complete panoramic photo of the building could be taken from the outside, and no company signs or promotional information related to Fund Gigs were found.

The relevant personnel entered the lobby on the ground floor of the building, stated their purpose to the staff, and after simple registration, were granted entry permission to freely access the building's lobby area.

Inside the lobby, there was a complete floor directory board for companies. After checking the list of resident companies on the directory one by one, no reference to Fund Gigs was found, and office 1401 on the 14th floor was marked as vacant. When attempting to go to the corresponding floor to confirm the specific location, it was found that elevator access to the 14th floor was restricted, making it impossible to reach the target floor smoothly. Throughout the entire process, no office area of Fund Gigs was found, and there were no obvious signs or security measures. Neither the reception desk nor its LOGO could be photographed, and the location was not a shared office.

As the team was unable to enter the corresponding floor, nor had permission to enter the company's interior, it was completely impossible to observe the company's internal environment. The overall situation was entirely inconsistent with the office address claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Fund Gigs does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field inspection personnel went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Fund Gigs, but at its publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
