The inspectors successfully arrived at the Bank of China Tower, which is located at  1 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information about the company was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the security personnel, and after brief communication, obtained permission to enter. No information about this company was found on the internal directory board.

Upon reaching the 38th floor, the inspectors did not find any prominent signage or security measures about ZHENG DA INTERNATIONAL in the office area. Since the company's floor information was not listed on the building's directory board, and inquiries at the reception desk revealed that no such company existed, the inspectors were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the precise location, let alone enter the premises. They also failed to photograph the reception desk and its logo, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

As entry was completely impossible, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment from the lobby area. The overall situation did not match the positioning claimed by this broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ZHENG DA INTERNATIONAL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
