Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging international offshore forex trading market developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the Middle East's financial hub, it has attracted numerous licensed forex brokers from around the world and serves as a core node connecting the forex trading networks of Europe, Asia, and Africa. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex brokers in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

In this episode, we visited the forex broker maa capitals in the UAE as planned. According to public information, its office address is Al Khaleej Street 1st Floor, Galleria Mall Hyatt Regency Deira, Dubai.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker maa capitals, which claims to be located at Al Khaleej Street 1st Floor, Galleria Mall Hyatt Regency Deira, Dubai.

We successfully arrived at the target location, which is situated in the core area of Deira Old Town in Dubai, surrounded by a mature residential and commercial cluster of the old town. The overall environment is full of the atmosphere of Old Dubai, with a commercial atmosphere leaning toward traditional business and hospitality. No company signage or promotional information related to maa capitals was found on the exterior of the building, and we also took complete panoramic photos of the building.

This is a hotel building in the old town. It is a very luxurious Hyatt-branded hotel with an attached shopping mall. The overall style of the mall is slightly outdated. We successfully entered the lobby, stated our purpose to the on-site staff, and after a brief conversation, obtained permission to pass through the lobby and public areas.

Following the staff's guidance, we searched the public areas and directory signs of the entire building one by one. There was no company nameplate marked with maa capitals anywhere in the building. Whether on the outside or inside of the building, there were no LOGO signs of the broker.

We attempted to go to the corresponding area on the 1st floor as indicated. The staff informed us that this area belongs to the commercial retail units of the hotel's attached mall. No listing of any company named maa capitals was found. In the end, we were unable to reach the specific floor location claimed by the broker or confirm its office location, and there was no obvious office area signage for the broker either. Since we could not find any registration information for the corresponding company at all, we naturally could not enter its interior. Throughout the entire process, we found no front desk of the company or its front desk LOGO to photograph, and this location also had no co-working space business format.

Observing through the public areas of the mall and hotel, the entire venue is all arranged as hotel guest rooms, supporting dining, and retail shops in the mall. There are no open-plan office or corporate office setups, which is completely inconsistent with the broker's claimed positioning as a financial business office.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker maa capitals does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

We made a planned on-site visit to forex dealer maa capitals in the UAE, but did not see the dealer's company name or other information at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the dealer does not have a real place of business. Investors should make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
