Purpose

The Singapore foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that developed in the 1970s alongside the rise of the Asian dollar market. It is one of the world's important foreign exchange trading centers. Leveraging its superior geographical location, stable political environment, sound financial regulatory system, and advanced financial infrastructure, it has attracted numerous international financial institutions and investors. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team traveled to Singapore for field visits.

Process

As planned, this on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE in Singapore. According to public information, its office address is Twentyone Raffles Quay, South Tower, #21-10 Singapore 048583.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, situated on one of Singapore's busiest streets, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were allowed to enter the lobby. However, upon entering, they found that there was no company directory listing for ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE inside the building, nor could they find the company's LOGO.

As there was no prior appointment and the actual occupant of the floor was ByteDance's office, the on-site inspectors  were unable to access the specific floor and confirm the precise location of ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE. Naturally, they could not enter the company's interior or photograph ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE's reception area. This location was also not a shared office space.

It was also difficult to observe the interior of the company through public areas. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether the company truly existed at this location. Its current state does not match the positioning claimed by this broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited Singapore as planned to conduct a field investigation of the forex broker ULTRA PREMIUM TRADE. At its publicly displayed business address, no information, such as the company name of this broker, could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
