To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex brokers in the region and avoid investment pitfalls, this on-site inspection team traveled to Dubai, UAE, to conduct field visits.

Process

This time, the field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker FXC on site, and according to public information, its office address is Business Venue Building, 36, 2 street, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE.

With a sense of mission to act as a strict gatekeeper for investors, the professional and experienced team traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-planned itinerary to conduct an on-site inspection of the broker FXC claimed to be located at the address.

The team successfully arrived at the target Business Venue Building, located in a relatively bustling core business area of Dubai, with dense distribution of shops and commercial buildings around, and a strong business atmosphere. After circling the exterior of the building, the team found no signboards or related promotional information bearing the FXC logo throughout the process. The team entered the first-floor lobby of the building and expressed their intention to visit to the lobby staff. After going through the normal visitor registration process, they were granted permission to enter the lobby.

Inside the lobby, the team carefully checked the complete floor directory set up in the office building, which clearly listed the names of all resident enterprises and their corresponding floor numbers. After checking one by one from beginning to end, no registration information related to broker FXC was found.

Meanwhile, the address publicly disclosed by the broker is only marked to the overall building scope, without clearly specifying the specific floor and office number. The team could not locate the corresponding specific position, and therefore naturally could not reach the so-called target office floor.Throughout the entire process, neither a front desk with the FXC mark was found, nor were any related materials bearing the brand logo photographed; moreover, the office space here does not fall under the category of shared office space.

Since the specific office area corresponding to the company could not be located, there was no permission to enter any internal space belonging to FXC, making it completely impossible to observe its internal office environment or to determine its interior decoration, staffing, and other conditions.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker FXC does not exist at the publicly listed address above.

Conclusion

The team visited forex broker FXC on site in the UAE as planned, but did not see any relevant information such as the broker's company name at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine public place of business. Investors are advised to make cautious choices after verifying information from multiple sources.
