Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that has developed gradually over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the financial hub of the Middle East, it has attracted a large number of cross-border financial trading institutions and serves forex investment demand across the entire Middle East and North Africa region. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team visited the UAE for field research.

Process

The survey team for this issue went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker TITTA. According to public information, its office address is 606, Almoosa Tower 1, Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly safeguarding investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a carefully planned itinerary to conduct a field verification of the broker TITTA, which claims to be located at 606, Almoosa Tower 1, Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai,U.A.E.

The team arrived smoothly at the Almoosa Tower 1 building, situated in a cluster of premium Grade-A office buildings in the heart of Dubai. Located in a prime urban area, the surrounding business atmosphere is vibrant, with dense commercial activity and a steady flow of business professionals, making it a well-known financial office hub in Dubai.

A thorough search around the exterior of the building found no company signage or promotional information bearing the name TITTA.

The team entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the on-site security staff, and after completing the standard visitor registration process, obtained permission to access the building's public areas. The building has a complete floor directory sign system that clearly lists the names of tenant companies on each floor. However, the team repeatedly checked the public directory areas throughout the building and found no corporate identification related to TITTA.

Subsequently, the team attempted to go to the target 606 floor to confirm the specific location, but was unable to obtain access permission for that floor, and therefore could not reach the target floor to verify the actual situation. Throughout the process, no office area bearing the TITTA sign was found. The team was unable to capture any front desk imagery or the front desk LOGO of the corresponding company, and the premises is not a shared office type.

Because the team could not enter the target office area, it was unable to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activity. The on-site security personnel also explicitly stated that the tenant company in the corresponding room on that floor is not TITTA, which is completely inconsistent with the office location previously claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker TITTA does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The site inspection personnel planned to visit the forex broker TITTA in the UAE. At its publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make prudent choices after considering information from multiple sources.
