Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's advantageous position as the Middle East's financial hub, it has attracted a large number of forex brokers and investment institutions from around the world, covering cross-border trading needs across multiple regions including West Asia and North Africa. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive and clearer understanding of the actual operating conditions of licensed forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team went to Dubai, UAE to carry out this field survey work.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit the forex dealer SwiftTrade. According to public information, its office address is SUITE 600 DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTER P.O. BOX 9436 SHEIKH ZAYED ROAD DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a carefully planned itinerary to conduct an on-site verification of the broker SwiftTrade claimed to be located at the address.

The team arrived smoothly at the Dubai World Trade Centre building, located in the core area of downtown Dubai. It is a well-known ultra-luxury landmark exhibition venue in the area, surrounded by a mature business district with a strong commercial atmosphere.

After a comprehensive search of the building's exterior, no company signage or relevant public information bearing SwiftTrade was found at all.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and stated their purpose to the on-site staff. After completing simple information registration and communication, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby area. They repeatedly checked the tenant directory board in the lobby against the list of all resident companies, but found no entry marked SwiftTrade. The building had no company signboard for this broker, and no LOGO of the company appeared either inside or outside the building.

Since the address corresponds to the business area attached to the exhibition hall, there was no clear independent office guidance for Suite 600 on site, making it impossible to reach the specified floor to confirm the corresponding location. No office area of SwiftTrade was found throughout the process, with no obvious company signage and no corresponding security access channel. During the on-site inspection, the team could not access the company's reception area, could not take photos of the reception desk or its LOGO, and no shared office of the broker existed within the address scope.

As the independent office location corresponding to SwiftTrade could not be located, and there was no accessible company entrance on site, it was completely impossible to enter the company to inspect the office environment. There was no way to observe its interior decoration style, employee activities, or other related conditions. The actual nature of the site did not match in any way the office positioning publicly claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker SwiftTrade does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The field inspectors went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker SwiftTrade. At its publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make prudent decisions after comprehensively considering information from multiple sources.
