After entering the ground-floor lobby of the building, the team stated the purpose of their visit to the lobby security guard. After a brief communication and visitor information registration, they successfully obtained permission to enter and could move freely in the lobby area.

A floor directory board was set up in a prominent position at the lobby entrance, clearly marking the names of the tenant companies and their corresponding floors. The company directory information for First Shanghai could be seen directly at a glance, confirming that the company is indeed an official tenant of this building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 19th floor, the on-site inspection team found that the office area of First Shanghai had clear corporate signage and that security management was standardized and strict. Because they had not arranged internal visit permission with the company in advance, they could not directly enter the company's interior. This office space is not a co-working space, and the front desk and the front desk LOGO could be clearly photographed. The LOGO is set up in the front desk area inside the company, and the signage is clear and complete.

Through the glass door of the office area, the internal office scene could be seen. Because internal entry permission had not been obtained, it was not possible to further inspect the more detailed internal environment, workstation layout, and employee activities. Overall, the office condition presented to the outside was neat and orderly, fully consistent with the office positioning of a licensed financial institution.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that Broker First Shanghai is present at the above address.
