DFM Invsting United Arab Emirates Verified: No Physical Presence Found
DangerUnited Arab Emirates

Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as a financial hub in the Middle East, it has attracted a large number of forex brokers from around the world, with high market activity and a huge volume of cross-border transactions. At the same time, there are cases where some dealers' publicly disclosed addresses do not match their actual office locations. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the real operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to Dubai, UAE.

Process

This visit, as planned, traveled to the UAE to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker DFM Invsting. According to public information, its office address is World Trade Centre (Rashid Tower) Sheikh Zayed Road P.O. Box: 9700 Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

With the mission to strictly safeguard investors, the inspection team, which has extensive first-line verification experience, followed meticulous planning and traveled to the United Arab Emirates to conduct an on-site verification of the broker DFM Invsting claiming to be located at this address.

Upon arriving successfully at the target area, it can be seen that the location is in the core of downtown Dubai. It belongs to the supporting buildings of a local ultra-luxury landmark-level exhibition hall, with a very high degree of surrounding prosperity, and is a well-known business core area in Dubai. However, no company signage or brand exposure information related to DFM Invsting was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building and, after stating their purpose to the on-site staff, completed the standard visitor registration and were successfully permitted to enter the lobby. However, when checking the directory signs floor by floor in the public area of the lobby, they found that DFM Invsting did not appear at all in the directory of tenants in the entire building, nor was there any LOGO belonging to the broker inside the building.

Because the building did not indicate the specific floor corresponding to the broker, there was no way to confirm the company’s specific location. The inspectors could not go to the target floor for further verification, and naturally there was no possibility of entering the company’s premises. The venue corresponding to this address is not a shared office, and throughout the entire process there was no opportunity to photograph the broker’s front desk or its front desk LOGO.

As the company’s specific office location could not be confirmed, the inspectors were also unable to enter any office area marked as DFM Invsting to inspect the internal environment. From the tenant information posted in the lobby, they could only learn that the number of publicly registered workstations for the relevant small financial enterprises registered in the building was only 5, which is completely inconsistent with the business scale publicly disclosed by the broker.

Therefore, after this inspection, it was confirmed that the broker DFM Invsting does not exist at the publicly announced address above.

Conclusion

Investigators visited the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker DFM Invsting. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or related information, and could not confirm that the broker operates there, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine public place of business. Investors are advised to verify information from multiple sources before making cautious decisions.
