Process

This visiting team went to the UAE as planned for an on-site visit to forex broker Sigma One Capital. According to public information, its office address is Office no 1502A, 15th Floor, Musalla Towers, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to a well-planned itinerary, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Sigma One Capital, which claims to be located at Office no 1502A, 15th Floor, Musalla Towers, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.

The inspection team arrived smoothly at the Musalla Towers building. Located in a bustling area of Dubai, it is a luxurious building in central Dubai, with well-developed commercial facilities, heavy business traffic, and a strong commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or promotional information related to Sigma One Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby. After stating their purpose to the lobby security guard and completing a simple registration, they were granted permission to access the building's public areas. The building has a complete floor directory listing tenant companies. After carefully checking all the company names listed on the directory, no information corresponding to Sigma One Capital was found.

Since the directory contained no floor guidance information for the broker, and the building's security regulations require an appointment permit with the corresponding company to access a specific floor, the inspection team was unable to reach the target location on the 15th floor, nor could they find the office area marked as 1502A. Throughout the process, no obvious signage of the company was found. The team could not enter the company's premises, nor was there any possibility of photographing the reception desk or its logo. The location is also not a shared office.

Due to the building's management regulations, the inspection team was unable to enter any office space marked as Sigma One Capital, and could not observe the company's internal environment throughout the process. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the office positioning previously claimed by this broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Sigma One Capital does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The visiting personnel went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Sigma One Capital. At its publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
