Purpose

The UAE forex market is a core export-oriented foreign exchange market in the Middle East that has developed over the past two decades. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, we traveled to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the visiting team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Goldstocks. According to publicly available information, its office address is Gold Stocks FX Limited via Sheikh Zayed Road, Office 2024, API tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE in accordance with a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Goldstocks claiming to be located at this address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at API Tower, located along Sheikh Zayed Road in the core of Dubai. The surrounding area is among Dubai's most core financial and business districts, with a very bustling street environment and an extremely strong commercial atmosphere. From outside the building, a complete panoramic view of the building could be clearly captured. The architectural appearance is a typical Dubai ultra-luxury business office building design, with outstanding glass curtain wall texture. It is adjacent to a metro station entrance/exit, making transportation very convenient.

The inspection personnel successfully entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, explained their purpose to the lobby staff, and after the routine visitor registration process, successfully obtained permission to enter the building's interior and passenger elevator area.

After arriving at the target 20th floor, the inspection personnel found that Goldstocks's office area had obvious brand signage. The LOGO was placed in the designated display board area inside the building. Security regulations were strict. Because they had not made an advance appointment with the company for internal inspection access, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the company's interior.

The front desk and the LOGO at the front desk could be clearly photographed. This office space is not a shared office; it is an exclusive office area used independently by the broker.

Through the glass door of the office area, although it was impossible to enter the interior to view the complete office environment, the complete brand signage in the front desk area could be clearly seen. The overall decoration style of the office area tends toward the professional tone of a modern financial enterprise, fully consistent with the public positioning of a legitimate licensed forex broker.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Goldstocks truly exists at the above publicly registered address.

Conclusion

Visiting personnel went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Goldstocks. At its publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other identifying information could be clearly seen. All on-site verification details were completely consistent with its publicly registered information, indicating that the broker has a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
