Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker RIFAN FINANCINDO BERJANGKA in Indonesia as planned. According to publicly available information, its office address is Axa Tower Jl. Prof. DR Satrio Kav. 18 Lantai. 30,35,23 dan 25, Kuningan Setia Budi Jakarta Selatan DKI Jakarta 12940.

A professional and experienced site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, followed a meticulously planned itinerary and traveled to the target area in Indonesia to conduct on-site verification of the broker RIFAN FINANCINDO BERJANGKA claiming to be located at Axa Tower Jl. Prof. DR Satrio Kav. 18 Lantai. 30,35,23 dan 25, Kuningan Setia Budi Jakarta Selatan DKI Jakarta 12940.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at Axa Tower. The building is located in the most luxurious area of Jakarta's city center, being a super luxury office tower with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or any relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the lobby of the building. After explaining their purpose to the security personnel, they were granted permission to enter. However, there was no information about this company on the directory board inside the building.

Since the verification personnel could not confirm the specific location of the company, they did not see any information about the company on the target floors, and consequently could not obtain permission to enter. From the corridor area, as they could not enter the interior, they were unable to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Overall, it could not be confirmed whether the company truly exists.

Therefore, after the site verification, it was confirmed that the broker RIFAN FINANCINDO BERJANGKA does not exist at the aforementioned address.
