Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Portal Realm in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Room 15, 11th Floor, 15th Floor, China United Plaza, 1008 South Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker Portal Realm claiming to be located at Room 15, 11th Floor, 15th Floor, China United Plaza, 1008 Nanxi Street, Lychee, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at China United Plaza. The area surrounding the location has a strong commercial atmosphere and is relatively bustling. However, no company signage or related information for Portal Realm was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target 11th floor, the inspectors discovered that there was no room number as displayed in the address; the highest number displayed was room 1106, with no further room numbers. They went down to inquire with the security guard, who informed them that there was no such company, casting doubt on its authenticity. As the corresponding office space could not be located, the inspectors could not enter the company's interior, nor could they photograph the reception area or the reception desk logo. Furthermore, the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the public areas on the floor, and as they were unable to enter the company's interior, they could not observe the internal environment or other conditions of the company.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Portal Realm does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China, as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
