Process

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a detailed plan to the target area in Indonesia. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker OTM Trade, which claims to be located at Soho Capital Lt. 39 Unit 3905 @Podomoro City Land, Jalan Leltjen S. Parman Kavling 28, Jakarta Barat 11470.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, which was an ultra-luxury landmark office tower located in central Jakarta, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. The company's logo could be clearly seen on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the first floor of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a simple registration process, they successfully obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the 39th floor, the inspectors found clear signage at the office area. Due to prior communication, they were able to enter the interior.

The inspectors inquired with staff, who indicated that otm was the old company name and it was the same entity. They were able to photograph the company reception area and logo, and confirmed that the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the reception area, the site visit personnel observed that the company's interior decoration was quite good, with a prosperous overall environment matching its claimed positioning. There were approximately 5 offices, with roughly 30 workstations.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker OTM Trade exists at the aforementioned address.
