Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging offshore forex trading market that has developed rapidly over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's advantageous position as an international financial hub, it has attracted a large number of licensed and unlicensed forex dealers. The regulatory environment is relatively open, but there are also many trading entities with vague address information and questionable business qualifications. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex dealers in the region, we traveled to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site visit.

Process

This visit is planned to travel to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit of forex broker Aalfa Fx Trade. According to public information, its office address is RKM Bldg, Near All Qiyadah Metro Station, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE.

The professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded to Dubai, UAE according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site check of the broker Aalfa Fx Trade that claims to be located at RKM Bldg, Near All Qiyadah Metro Station, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE.

After arriving smoothly at the target area, it was directly apparent that this location is relatively far from the center of Dubai, yet the streets were bustling overall. We also captured a full view of the target building. This building is a low-rise structure, surrounded mainly by street-front shops and small office buildings. During our time outside the building, we did not find any signage or logo information related to Aalfa Fx Trade at all.

We attempted to enter the building lobby. After stating our purpose to the security guard at the entrance and communicating with them, we were not granted permission to enter and could not go inside the building.

Because we were unable to enter the building, we could not reach the target floor, nor could we confirm the specific office location corresponding to the broker. The public information for this address did not specify a floor number, and we were unable to confirm any information about the company's existence throughout the process.

We were neither able to enter the building nor had any opportunity to access the broker's reception area, so we could not photograph the reception desk or its logo. This location also does not fall under the category of shared offices.

Because we were blocked by the security guard from entering the building, we had no way at all to observe the company's internal environment, nor could we confirm its office status. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the broker's public claim of having a legitimate business venue.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Aalfa Fx Trade does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

Following the plan, we conducted an on-site visit to the forex dealer Aalfa Fx Trade in the UAE. At its publicly displayed business address, we could not see the company name or related information, indicating that the dealer does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to make cautious decisions after verifying with multiple sources.
