The team arrived smoothly at YHC Tower, which is located in the core commercial area of Kowloon Bay, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a very strong commercial atmosphere. From outside the building, the full view of the entire building can be clearly seen; the building's exterior is brand new, with office buildings and commercial supporting facilities densely distributed nearby and a relatively large flow of business personnel coming and going.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After brief registration and communication, they successfully obtained entry permission and could freely take the passenger elevator to the corresponding office floor.

After arriving at the target floor, the 22nd floor, the team found that the office area of broker LION had clear signage. The company directory in the building clearly marked the company's corresponding room location, and the relevant signs were all set up in the building's interior area.

Due to strict security, no advance appointment, and other reasons, the team was unable to enter the company's interior. During this on-site inspection, the front desk and the front desk logo could be photographed; this office space is not a shared office.

Through the glass door, the team observed that the company's interior was in normal operation, personnel were moving in an orderly manner, and the overall environment was consistent with its claimed positioning as a financial broker conducting business.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker LION exists at the above address.
