Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that has developed rapidly over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as a financial hub in the Middle East, it has attracted a large number of forex dealers from around the world. The regional regulatory system has been gradually improving, and industry activity has been rising year by year, making it a core hub for forex investment in the Middle East. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team visited the UAE for a field visit.

Process

This time, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Qorva Markets. According to public information, its office address is Office # 210 Al-Nasar Sports Club Dubai, UAE.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with the mission of strictly safeguarding investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a meticulous plan. Based on the above information, we conducted an on-site visit to broker Qorva Markets.

Upon arriving at the corresponding area, we found that the address points to a well-known national football club in Dubai. The office building claimed by the broker was not found anywhere in the area, and there was no commercial office park or surrounding street environment matching the description. No panoramic view of the relevant building was captured throughout the process.

The team immediately asked the on-site security guard about the specific location of the broker. The guard was also not clear about the relevant location information, was completely unable to obtain permission to enter the so-called office area, and could not enter the corresponding company lobby at all.

Throughout the entire process, no identification information related to Qorva Markets was found outside the building, nor was the broker's company nameplate found inside the building. There was no LOGO sign belonging to the broker. Moreover, we were unable to reach the specific floor where the target No. 210 is located to confirm its position.

Throughout the entire process, we were unable to enter the company's interior, and the address does not fall under the category of shared office space. There was no opportunity to photograph the so-called front desk or the front desk LOGO. The relevant area is not open to the public at all, and the so-called internal office environment could not be observed.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker Qorva Markets does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
