Process

This inspection team visited the UAE as scheduled to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES. According to public information, its office address is office no. 1108, westbury tower 1, marasi drive street, businness bay, p.o. box 283730, dubai, uae.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES claimed to be located at the above address.

We arrived smoothly at Westbury Tower 1, located in the core business district of downtown Dubai. It is a well-known ultra-luxury office building in the area, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere. The building has an imposing and orderly exterior, and we fully photographed and recorded panoramic views of the building.

No company signage or information related to ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES was found outside the building, and no traces of the corresponding company's displays were found on the surrounding streets or in the complex.After entering the lobby on the first floor, we stated our purpose to the security guards and front desk staff. After a simple identity registration and communication, we obtained permission to enter the lobby.

In the lobby area, we checked the building's enterprise directory signage and found that the office building did not have a complete company directory. The listing for ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES could not be found at all.

Because the building has very strict security management and we did not make an appointment in advance, the staff clearly told us that visitors without an appointment cannot go upstairs. Therefore, we could not reach the specific location on the 11th floor to confirm the corresponding position, nor did we have permission to enter the company's interior. Throughout the process, no ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES LOGO displayed inside or outside the building was found, and we were completely unable to photograph the company's front desk or its front desk LOGO. This address is also not a shared office type.

Throughout the process, we had no access to the company's internal space. The staff explicitly refused to allow entry into the internal area, and the office environment inside the company could not be seen at all. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the broker's claim of having an office at this address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ATLAS CAPITAL TRADES does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they failed to see the broker's company name or related information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
