They arrived smoothly at the West Wing building of Shun Tak Centre, situated in the core waterfront district of Sheung Wan, adjacent to the Hong Kong-Macau Port and several major urban arteries. The surrounding streets are bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere. The building’s exterior is brand new, featuring a sleek and imposing glass curtain wall design; no signage related to KITCO was found on the exterior.

Upon entering the lobby on the ground floor, after explaining their purpose to the security guard and completing a brief visitor registration, they were granted access. The floor directory in the lobby clearly indicates the corresponding floor information for KITCO, and the company’s signage is placed within the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 14th floor, the inspection team found that the office area of KITCO has a distinct standalone storefront sign, and the entrance is equipped with standard access control security measures. Due to no prior appointment, they were unable to enter the company premises. During this inspection, they were able to photograph the reception area and its logo; the office space is not a shared office.

Through the glass doors of the office, one can clearly see the well-organized reception area and the prominent brand logo. As entry was not permitted, they could not fully examine all office details; however, the overall office setting is entirely consistent with the company’s stated positioning as a legitimate financial operator.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirms that the trader KITCO exists at the aforementioned address.
