Purpose

The UAE forex market is a regional core forex trading market that gradually developed in the 1990s. Leveraging Dubai's advantageous position as an international financial hub, it has attracted a large number of global financial trading service providers and serves as a core distribution hub for forex trading in the Middle East and North Africa region. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, the on-site inspection team visited the UAE for field research.

Process

The on-site inspection team for this issue traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Infinite Trade Group. According to public information, its office address is M12 Golden Building, Near Canadian Hospital, Abu Hail Dubai, UAE.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet on behalf of investors, traveled to the UAE according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Infinite Trade Group, which claims to be located at M12 Golden Building.

After arriving smoothly at the target building, the site is located in a relatively remote residential area of Dubai, with a surrounding environment more oriented toward daily life and completely lacking a strong commercial atmosphere. Throughout the exterior of the building, no company signage or information related to Infinite Trade Group was found, and it could be confirmed that the building was not a commercial office building; its appearance and supporting facilities were more akin to ordinary residences, and only a full panoramic view of the building could be captured.

When attempting to enter the building lobby, residential security personnel stopped us and stated that the area is not open to the public. After communication, we did not obtain entry permission at all and were unable to enter the interior of the building.

Because we were unable to enter the building, naturally we could not reach the specific target floor, nor could we confirm the exact location of the broker. There was no nameplate signage of the company anywhere in the building. Throughout the process, we did not see any related LOGO inside or outside the building, nor was there any shared office situation. It was completely impossible to photograph the front desk or the front desk LOGO.

Since it was completely impossible to enter the building, there was no opportunity throughout the process to observe the so-called company interior environment. The overall situation entirely does not match the commercial office business positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Infinite Trade Group does not exist at the above publicly listed address.

Conclusion

As planned, the on-site inspectors went to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit to the forex dealer Infinite Trade Group. At its publicly displayed business address, the dealer's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the dealer does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
