Purpose

To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex brokers in the region, and to verify the authenticity of publicly available information about these brokers, the visiting team went to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site visit.

Process

The visiting team traveled to the UAE as planned for an on-site visit to forex broker AI Fx Trade. According to public information, its office address is RKM Bldg, Near All Qiyadah Metro Station, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to a meticulously planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker AI Fx Trade, which claims to be located in the RKM Building.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target area. The site is relatively away from the center of Dubai, with bustling surrounding streets and an acceptable business atmosphere.

No company signage or related information connected to AI Fx Trade was found outside the building. It is a low-rise building, and the public address information does not specify a particular office floor, making it impossible to directly determine the broker's corresponding office location.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After brief communication and registration, they were permitted to enter the lobby. They checked the floor directories and company nameplates floor by floor inside the building, and found no signage bearing the name AI Fx Trade at all. The building had no public information about the broker whatsoever.

Since the public address did not specify a floor and there was no directional signage pointing to AI Fx Trade inside the building, the inspectors could not reach the specific floor claimed by the broker to confirm the corresponding location, nor could they find the company's office area. Throughout the process, they saw no reception desk with the company's branding, and were completely unable to photograph the reception desk or its LOGO. The location is not a shared office either.

Unable to locate the corresponding office area, the inspectors could not enter the company's premises or see any so-called internal office environment, and thus could not confirm its operating status. The overall situation is completely inconsistent with the broker's claim of having a business presence in the local area.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker AI Fx Trade does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

As planned, the visiting personnel traveled to the United Arab Emirates for an on-site visit to the forex broker AI Fx Trade. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not find any relevant information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to consider all factors before making a decision.
