The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Lee Garden Five, located in the core area of Causeway Bay. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The company's signage information was found inside the building. As one of the landmark buildings in Causeway Bay, Lee Garden Five has a modern and imposing exterior. The area is surrounded by numerous high-end shopping malls, office buildings, and restaurants, with high foot traffic and very active commercial activities.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, were granted permission to enter. The building lobby is luxuriously decorated, spacious, and bright, with signage clearly indicating the company information for each floor.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 19th floor, the inspection personnel found clear signage for EVERBRIGHT SECURITIES's office area. Due to reasons such as not having an appointment, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the interior. However, they were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace. The reception desk design is simple and elegant, with a prominent logo, giving a professional and formal impression.

Although the internal environment of the company could not be observed in detail through the glass door, the overall atmosphere conveyed that it aligns with the positioning of a professional financial institution, indicating that it genuinely exists and is operating normally. However, it should be noted that the Everbright at this location only serves major clients or corporate clients and does not serve retail clients.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker EVERBRIGHT SECURITIES exists at the aforementioned address.
