Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging international financial forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's positioning as a global financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex brokers from around the world and is the core distribution market for forex trading in the Middle East and North Africa region. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex brokers in the region, an on-site visit team traveled to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

The visiting team for this issue went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker MISHOV Forex, according to publicly available information, its office address is No 1001, AL Owais Bussiness Tower, Al Sabkha, Deira, DUBAI.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of broker MISHOV FOREX, which claims to be located at No 1001, AL Owais Bussiness Tower, Al Sabkha, Deira, DUBAI.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at AL Owais Business Tower. The location is in the city center of Dubai's old town area and is a local luxury office building, with prominent surrounding commercial location advantages and a strong overall business atmosphere.

Outside the building, no company signage or promotional information related to MISHOV FOREX was found. The team took complete panoramic photos of the building's appearance.

The inspection personnel successfully entered the ground-floor lobby of the building. After stating their purpose to the security staff, and after communication and registration, security did not allow the inspection personnel to go upstairs, so they could not reach the target floor on the 10th floor to confirm the specific location.

In the first-floor lobby, the inspection personnel saw a complete floor directory sign, but there was no information about MISHOV FOREX on the sign, and the company's LOGO did not appear inside or outside the building.

Because they could not go upstairs, the inspection personnel did not find the company's office area. There were no obvious signs or security measures, and they were completely unable to enter the company's interior. They also could not photograph the reception desk or the reception desk's LOGO, and the office space was not a shared office either.

The inspection personnel could not enter the upper floors of the building, and naturally could not observe the company's internal environment. Throughout the visit, they were restricted by security personnel to the first-floor lobby area, and were completely unable to verify whether its claimed office location was accurate.

Therefore, after the on-site visit, it was confirmed that broker MISHOV FOREX does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

As planned, the visiting personnel traveled to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker MISHOV Forex, but at its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
