A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly safeguarding investors' interests, went to Dubai, UAE according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a field verification of the broker Mauli Capital Limited claiming to be located at Office-302 ATRIUM CENTER, 317-301 KH.WALEED RD,PREMISE NUMBER : 317082388, Dubai, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

The team successfully arrived at the ATRIUM CENTER building, which is located in a bustling area of Dubai. The building is a decent-quality office building, with well-developed surrounding commercial facilities and a strong business atmosphere.

A thorough search was conducted around the exterior of the building, and no signage or promotional information related to Mauli Capital Limited was found.

The team entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guards or staff. After a simple registration and communication, they were granted entry permission and were able to access the company lobby area. A careful inspection of the first-floor lobby revealed that no complete company directory board was set up on the first floor, and no directory information indicating Mauli Capital Limited was found. Neither inside nor outside the building was there any logo signage of the company.

When trying to reach the floor where the target office 302 is located, the team found that they were unable to successfully access the corresponding floor to confirm the specific location. Throughout the process, no office area belonging to Mauli Capital Limited was found, nor were there any obvious signs or security measures for the company. Due to floor access restrictions, the team was unable to enter the company at any point, and could not take photos of the front desk or the front desk logo. This location is not a shared office.

Due to the inability to enter the corresponding office area, it was completely impossible to observe the company's internal environment. The relevant areas were also clearly off-limits to outsiders, and the overall situation was completely inconsistent with the broker's claim of having an office at this location.
