In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL. According to public information, its office address is the entire 7th floor, No. 28 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to 28 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL claiming to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, located in a bustling area of Hong Kong with a vibrant surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for the said broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After brief communication, permission was granted to enter the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 7th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage indicating the office area of XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL. The floor was occupied by Rifa Finance, and no logo for broker XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL was visible. As no relevant signage for the broker was found, the inspectors were unable to enter the so-called company premises. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area of XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL. This floor was not a shared office space.

From the public areas on the floor, the inspectors were unable to observe the company's internal environment or other conditions of the broker. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker XIN YONGAN INTERNATIONAL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, the team was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
