Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging the policy advantages and geographic reach of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), it has attracted numerous globally renowned licensed financial institutions and serves as a core hub for forex trading in the Middle East and North Africa region. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This visit goes to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Iberia-Capital, and according to public information, its office address is Sheikh Zayed Rd. Trade Centre. DIFC. Dubai AE.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by the mission of rigorously safeguarding investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Iberia-Capital, which claims to be located at Sheikh Zayed Rd. Trade Centre. DIFC. Dubai AE.

After successfully arriving at the approximate area indicated by the address, it was found that the publicly provided address information was incomplete, only specifying a general road section and district range without a clear corresponding building or street number. It was impossible to locate the exact target building, and throughout the surrounding area, no company signage or directional information related to Iberia-Capital was found.

Due to the inability to locate the corresponding office building, the team was unable to enter the lobby of any related building and had no opportunity to contact building security or staff, and thus was unable to obtain permission to enter the relevant office area at any point.

As the specific floor location of the broker could not be confirmed, the team did not reach any target floor. Naturally, there were no conditions for verifying Iberia-Capital's office area signage or security measures. They were unable to enter any associated office space throughout the entire process, there was no scenario of a shared office, and there was entirely no possibility of photographing the front desk or the front desk logo.

Because the address information lacked key locating elements, the team had no access to the broker's internal office environment throughout the process, nor any way to observe its interior, decoration style, staff activities, or related content, making it completely impossible to verify whether its claimed operational positioning was true.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Iberia-Capital does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Iberia-Capital. At its publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
