Fix Capital United Arab Emirates Verified: No Physical Presence Found
DangerUnited Arab Emirates

Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging regional core forex market developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's international financial port location advantages, it brings together a large number of licensed forex dealers from around the world, making it the core trading hub in the Middle East with the highest forex trading activity and a relatively well-established compliance and regulatory system. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex dealers in this region, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE for field visits.

Process

This time, the survey team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Fix Capital. According to public information, its office address is Warsan Tower Office 601 Barsha Heights Tecom Dubai.

The professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by the mission of strictly safeguarding investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a field verification of broker Fix Capital, which claims to be located at Office 601, Warsan Tower.

The team arrived smoothly at the Warsan Tower building, a luxury office building located on a bustling street in Dubai's commercial district. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere, with clean and orderly streets, and is a well-known business office cluster in Dubai. No company signage or promotional information related to Fix Capital was found on the exterior of the building; only a complete panoramic view of the building's exterior was captured.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, stated their purpose to the on-site staff, and after completing basic information registration, successfully obtained entry permission.

On the complete corporate directory board in the first-floor lobby, the team checked the list of all tenant companies line by line and found no company name corresponding to Fix Capital at all, nor any identifier information related to the broker. The broker's LOGO did not appear inside or outside the building.

When attempting to go to the target floor on the 6th floor to confirm the specific location, the team found that access to that floor was strictly controlled and could not successfully reach the area where the target Office 601 is located. Throughout the process, no office area with any Fix Capital signage was found, and there was no obvious company identification or related office display. Neither the reception desk nor the reception desk's LOGO could be photographed, and the premises did not fall within the category of shared offices either.

Because the team was unable to enter the corresponding office area, it had no opportunity to observe the company's internal environment throughout the process, nor could it confirm its interior decoration style or employee activity. The premises are completely inconsistent with the broker's claim of establishing an office at this location.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Fix Capital does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The surveyors visited the forex broker Fix Capital in the UAE as planned, but did not see the company name or other information at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should consider all factors before making a decision.
