A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, and according to a thorough plan, traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of broker Stockwell Securities Limited, which claims to be located at Room 406-410, Tower 2, Silvercord, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The team successfully arrived at Tower 2 of Silvercord. The location is along Canton Road in the core commercial area of Tsim Sha Tsui, closely adjacent to multiple high-end commercial complexes and Grade-A office buildings; the street environment is bustling, and the commercial atmosphere is very strong. From outside the building, a complete panoramic view of the building could be clearly photographed. The building's exterior is new and clean, with a simple and grand facade design; it is a highly recognizable commercial building in the area.

No relevant signage of the broker was found on the building's exterior for the time being; its brand LOGO is located inside the building.

Entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and explained the purpose of the visit to the security guard or staff. After a simple registration of information, access permission was successfully obtained, and we could freely proceed to the target floor.

After arriving at the target floor, the 4th floor, the site visit personnel found that the office area of Stockwell Securities Limited had clear brand signage. The floor directory in the building clearly indicated the company's name and the corresponding room number, Room 406-410. No facilities or signage related to a shared office were found throughout the process, confirming that the office area is used independently by the broker and is not a shared office.

Although we could not enter the company's interior, we were able to photograph the reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk.

Through the glass door of the office area, it could be seen that the interior was in a normal working state, with staff coming and going. The overall environment was neat and professional, fully matching the high-end business positioning claimed by financial brokers.

Therefore, after the site visit, it is confirmed that broker Stockwell Securities Limited truly exists at the above address.

The actual impression from this on-site visit is the address has a strong commercial atmosphere around, the building's exterior is new, and after entering, one can directly see this company's directory sign. It is a genuinely existing company and is conducting business normally.
