Phenomena Markets United Arab Emirates Verified: No Physical Presence Found
DangerUnited Arab Emirates

Purpose

The UAE forex market is a core offshore forex trading market in the Middle East that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's position as a global financial hub, it has attracted a large number of licensed forex brokers, with a mature regulatory system and active cross-border trading. It is an important forex trading hub connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex brokers in this region, the investigation team conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Phenomena Markets. According to public information, its office address is 2006, Churchill Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with the mission of strictly vetting for investors, traveled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates according to meticulous planning, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Phenomena Markets claiming to be located at 2006, Churchill Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.

The team arrived smoothly at Churchill Tower, located in the core area of central Dubai, surrounded by a cluster of high-end business office buildings, with a clean environment and a strong commercial atmosphere.

The team took complete panoramic photos of the building. No company signage or brand exposure related to Phenomena Markets was found outside the building.

The team successfully entered the lobby on the ground floor, stated their purpose to the lobby staff, and after information registration and communication, obtained permission to enter the lobby. The team then checked the tenant directory floor by floor in the lobby area and found no entries bearing the name Phenomena Markets. There was no display of the broker's LOGO either inside or outside the building.

The team attempted to go to the target floor to confirm the exact location, but could not reach the corresponding floor, nor could they enter the broker's internal office area. Throughout the process, they found no opportunity to photograph the broker's front desk or its front desk LOGO. This address also does not belong to a shared office operation.

Due to the inability to enter the corresponding office area on the target floor, and because security control in the relevant area was strict, the broker's internal environment could not be observed. The office premises in this area do not allow outsiders to enter freely. Ultimately, the corresponding office found on the corresponding floor was actually operated by a completely different company, with no connection to Phenomena Markets whatsoever, and it was completely inconsistent with the address information previously published by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Phenomena Markets does not exist at the above-mentioned published address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection personnel went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker Phenomena Markets in person. At its publicly displayed business address, they failed to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
