A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a detailed plan to the target area in Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site inspection of the broker TFI, which claims to be located at 1108, Nexxus Building, 41 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

The team successfully arrived at the Nexxus Building, which is located at 41 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information about for TFI was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

However, no information related to TFI was found on the directory board inside the building. As access to the upper floors required a keycard, the team was unable to reach the target floor (11th floor) to confirm the specific location, and thus could not verify whether TFI's office area had clear signage or security measures. Furthermore, due to the inability to enter the premises, they could not photograph the reception area or logo, and it was not a co-working space.

From the lobby, the team could not observe the company's internal environment, and it was impossible to determine if it overall matched its claimed positioning. No information regarding this broker was found. Inquiries with security personnel revealed that they were told there was no such company, and it was not listed on the directory.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker TFI does not exist at the aforementioned address.
