The inspectors arrived at the target building  successfully. It is in central London, an area that should be a bustling commercial district. However, the building was under construction. The surrounding environment appeared messy due to the construction, and the commercial atmosphere was also affected. No company signage or related information about APTOS was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors attempted to enter the building but were unable to do so due to the construction status. Upon inquiring with workers on-site, they indicated that the previous company had moved away for a long time and they were unaware of any company named APTOS.

As entry into the building was impossible, they could not reach the target floor, explore APTOS's office area, or photograph the reception area. Furthermore, the location was not a shared office space.

Through the construction barriers, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment and other conditions. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker APTOS does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the forex broker APTOS in the UK as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name at its public business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
