Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging international forex trading market that gradually developed in the 1990s. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as a global financial hub, it has attracted a large number of forex brokers from the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. With a high degree of market openness and strong cross-border trading activity, it is the core hub of foreign exchange business in the Middle East. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This visit went to the UAE as planned for an on-site visit to forex broker DeltaFX. According to public information, its office address is Level 29, Unit 2902, Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly vetting on behalf of investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a carefully planned itinerary to conduct an on-site verification of the broker DeltaFX, which claims to be located at Level 29, Unit 2902, Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The team arrived smoothly at the Marina Plaza building. Located in Dubai's core business district, it is a well-known luxury office building in the area, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere. We captured complete panoramic shots of the building and found no company signage or promotional information related to DeltaFX on the exterior.

The inspection team entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security personnel, and after a brief information registration, successfully obtained permission to enter the public areas of the building.

During the attempt to go to the target level 29, the corresponding specific location could not be confirmed. After arriving at the floor, no office area of DeltaFX was found in Unit 2902. Throughout the process, no visible signage bearing the name of DeltaFX was seen. As the corresponding office space could not be located, it was completely impossible to enter the company's interior. There was no opportunity to photograph the front desk and its LOGO, and the premises do not belong to a shared office.

There is no unified company directory board inside the building. No information marked with DeltaFX can be found in either public areas or floor corridors. The company's internal environment could not be observed at all, and the overall situation does not match its claimed positioning of operating at this address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker DeltaFX does not exist at the publicly marked address mentioned above.

Conclusion

The visiting team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker DeltaFX. At its publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name was found, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make cautious decisions after considering information from multiple sources.
