Purpose

The foreign exchange market in Dubai, UAE is a regional core forex trading market that has developed gradually over the past two decades. Leveraging the location advantages of the Middle East financial hub and flexible financial regulatory supporting policies, it has brought together a large number of forex brokers and financial service institutions from around the world, occupying an extremely important core position in the overall forex trading landscape of the Middle East and North Africa. In order to help forex investors and industry practitioners understand more comprehensively and truthfully the actual office conditions of licensed and operating forex dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team conducted a field visit to Dubai, UAE.

Process

The field survey team of this issue proceeded to the UAE as planned for an on-site visit to forex broker SNX Capital, and according to public information, its office address is RKM Bldg, Near All Qiyadah Metro Station, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a mission to strictly vet on behalf of investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to meticulous planning to conduct an on-site verification of the broker SNX Capital, which claims to be located at RKM Bldg, Near All Qiyadah Metro Station, Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE.

Upon arriving at the target area, it was immediately evident that the location is relatively off-center in Dubai. The surrounding streets are bustling, and the corresponding RKM building is a low-rise structure, with street-side shops and transit stops nearby, and dense pedestrian and vehicular traffic. However, throughout the exterior of the building, no company signage or related promotional information bearing the name SNX Capital was found. Before entering the first-floor lobby of the building, the team first located the building's door number sign for confirmation.

After entering the first-floor lobby of the building, the team stated their purpose to the lobby staff. Following simple information registration and communication, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby. Inside the lobby, they carefully inspected all floor directory signs and the public display area of resident companies, but found no entries marked with SNX Capital at all. There was no display of the broker's logo either inside or outside the building. In addition, the broker's publicly provided address did not specify a specific floor, making it impossible to pinpoint the corresponding exact location, and thus impossible to go to the target floor for further verification.

Since the specific office floor of the broker could not be confirmed, no office area of SNX Capital was found throughout the process. There was no obvious office signage, nor any office staff available to contact, making it completely impossible to enter the broker's internal office area. There was no opportunity to photograph the broker's front desk or the front desk logo, and no shared office facilities were present within the scope of the address.

Due to the objective circumstances of being unable to locate the specific office location and unable to enter the corresponding office area, there was no opportunity to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or staff activity, making it impossible to verify whether its claimed business positioning was truthful.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker SNX Capital does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

As planned, we made an on-site visit to the forex broker SNX Capital in the UAE, and at its publicly displayed business address, we could not see the company name or any other relevant information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
