SkyTreasure Hong Kong Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The foreign exchange market of Hong Kong, China is a highly internationalized offshore foreign exchange market that developed in the 1970s. As one of the world's most important foreign exchange trading hubs, it leverages free financial policies and convenient cross-border capital flow conditions to attract a large number of licensed and various types of foreign exchange-related operating entities, with high market activity and a massive trading volume. To help the vast number of foreign exchange investors and industry practitioners gain a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the actual operating conditions of foreign exchange dealers in the region, and to avoid the potential risks of fraudulent business practices, this field visit team traveled to Hong Kong, China to conduct on-site verification work.
Process
In this issue, the visiting team traveled to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker SkyTreasure. According to publicly available information, its office address is Room E, 28th Floor, Legend Tower, 7 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the broker SkyTreasure, which claimed to be located at Room E, 28th Floor, Legend Tower, 7 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The inspection team successfully arrived at Legend Tower. The location is in the core commercial area of Kwun Tong, surrounded by dense office building clusters, with well-equipped street-level shops, a clean overall environment, and a very strong commercial atmosphere. The inspection team took complete panoramic images of the building.
Outside the building, they repeatedly checked all areas that might mark tenant information, such as the entrance wall and side signage boards, and found no company signage or related promotional information bearing the name SkyTreasure at all.
The inspection team directly entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the lobby security guard, completed visitor registration, and smoothly obtained permission to enter the building's elevator area.
After arriving at the target floor, the 28th floor, the inspection team checked the signage of all tenant companies floor by floor and area by area, but completely failed to find the office area of broker SkyTreasure, nor any obvious signage bearing the broker's name. Because they could not find the entrance of the corresponding company at all, they were unable to enter any internal office area marked SkyTreasure throughout the process, and had no opportunity to photograph the broker's reception desk or reception desk LOGO. This address is also not a shared office.
On the floor, the inspection team located the corresponding space for Room E by checking the door number. The current business entity in this area has no connection with SkyTreasure, and no traces of the broker's internal environment, decoration, or employee activity could be seen at all, which is completely inconsistent with the broker's previously publicly claimed positioning of operating in Hong Kong. Afterwards, the inspection team specifically asked the lobby security guard about SkyTreasure's tenancy. The security guard clearly stated that the building had never had any tenancy record for this company.
Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker SkyTreasure does not exist at the above publicly stated address.
Conclusion
The visit team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker SkyTreasure. At the publicly displayed business address, no relevant information such as the broker's company name could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make trading decisions after a prudent assessment based on information from multiple sources.
