Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging regional forex market that has developed rapidly over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's locational advantage as the Middle East's financial hub, it has attracted a large number of forex brokers serving the Gulf region and North African markets, making it a core hub for cross-border forex trading in the MENA region. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex brokers in this region, we conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This visit went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of the forex broker Tradeinfy Markets. According to public information, its office address is 302, The Atrium Center, Khaleed bin Al Waleed Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, U.A.E.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by the mission of strictly vetting on behalf of investors, traveled to the UAE according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site inspection of broker Tradeinfy Markets, which claims to be located at 302 ,The Atrium Center, Khaleed bin Al Waleed Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, U.A.E.

We successfully arrived at The Atrium Center building. Its location is in a bustling area of Dubai, with complete surrounding commercial facilities, many businesspeople coming and going, and a very strong commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or promotional information related to Tradeinfy Markets was found on the exterior of the building; only the building's own name sign was visible.

The entire building is a commercial office building of decent quality, and we also took complete panoramic photos of the building.

Entering the first-floor lobby of the building, we stated our purpose to the security guard and, after simple information registration, successfully obtained permission to enter the building's public areas. However, after checking the first-floor lobby area, we found that there was no complete company directory on the 1st floor, making it impossible to directly locate the office area where Tradeinfy Markets is based through the lobby guide signs.

When we attempted to go to target floor 302, we found it impossible to confirm the company's specific location. After arriving at the corresponding floor, we checked office door signs floor by floor and room by room. No office area related to Tradeinfy Markets was found anywhere on the floor, nor were there any clear identifying signs or security measures for the company. Because there was no corresponding office location for the company on the floor, we were completely unable to enter the so-called interior of the company. There was no reception area to be found, there was no possibility of photographing a reception area or its LOGO, and this location was not a shared office either.

Throughout the entire process, no observable company interior environment existed, making it completely impossible to confirm its interior decoration style, employee activity, or other conditions. This is entirely inconsistent with the broker's previous claim of having an office in a core area of Dubai.

Therefore, after the on-site visit, it was confirmed that broker Tradeinfy Markets does not exist at the above-mentioned publicly stated address.

Conclusion

We traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Tradeinfy Markets. At its publicly displayed business address, we could not find any relevant information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to verify with multiple sources of information before making a cautious choice.
