Purpose

The Indonesian forex market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous growth of the Indonesian economy and the gradual opening of its financial markets, forex trading activities have become increasingly active. Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker XL Trade Markets in Indonesia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, traveled to Indonesia according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker XL Trade Markets which claims to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at Satrio Tower. This location is situated in the city center of Indonesia, is an ultra-luxury office building, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for XL Trade Markets was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the directory board inside the building, information for other companies was displayed at this address.

The inspectors learned that the corresponding floor is a shared office space. Due to not having an appointment, they could not access the corresponding floor. Therefore, they were unable to find any obvious signage for XL Trade Markets, could not enter the interior, and could not photograph its reception area or logo.

As they could not enter the company's interior, it was impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, and other conditions.

Consequently, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker XL Trade Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the foreign exchange broker XL Trade Markets in Indonesia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
