Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging offshore financial forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging the policy dividends of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), it has attracted a large number of licensed financial brokers from around the world, and serves as a core hub for forex trading in the MENA region, with a high degree of financial openness and a mature regulatory system. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex brokers based in the region, we conducted an on-site visit to Dubai, UAE.

Process

This time, as planned, we visited the forex broker AITrader in Dubai, UAE. According to public information, its office address is Tenancy 903, Level 9, Liberty House, DIFC, PO Box 506540, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly protect the interests of investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE, following a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker AITrader, which claims to be located at Tenancy 903, Level 9, Liberty House, DIFC, PO Box 506540, Dubai, UAE.

We arrived at the Liberty House building without difficulty. The location is at the core of an ultra-luxury office building cluster in downtown Dubai, surrounded by a mature international financial and business district. The overall environment is high-end and clean, with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or promotional information related to AITrader was found anywhere outside the building.

We entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and stated our purpose to the on-site staff. After registering basic information and communicating, we were granted access to the lobby area. Security throughout the building is extremely strict. Since we had not made an appointment in advance, the lobby staff did not provide any further location information about AITrader. Moreover, the building did not have a complete company directory, so there was no way to look up the floor listing for AITrader, nor could we proceed to the target 9th floor to confirm the specific location. Throughout the entire visit, we were unable to enter the company's interior. During this visit, we did not capture any photos of the front desk or its logo, and the premises are not a shared office.

As we were unable to reach the target floor, we could not observe AITrader's internal office environment through glass doors or the reception area, and there was absolutely no way to verify whether its office setting matched its claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that broker AITrader does not exist at the publicly listed address.

Conclusion

As planned, we visited the forex broker AITrader in Dubai, UAE, and did not see any valid information such as the broker's company name at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
