Purpose

The foreign exchange market of Hong Kong, China is a mature offshore foreign exchange market that developed in the 1970s. As one of the world's important foreign exchange trading hubs, it relies on free financial policies and its location advantage of global connectivity, gathering a large number of licensed and various types of dealer entities from home and abroad, with high market activity and a diverse participant structure. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of foreign exchange dealers in the region, we traveled to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection is scheduled to visit Hong Kong, China, to conduct a field visit to forex broker Plutus. According to public information, its office address is 8/F, 80 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, and according to a well-planned schedule, went to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Plutus that claims to be located at 8/F, 80 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

We successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the core business district of Wan Chai, with complete surrounding commercial facilities. There were no relevant signs of the broker in the street environment. We took a complete panoramic photo of the building. In the exterior area of the entire building, we found no company signs or promotional information related to Plutus.

We entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, explained our purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication and registration, we successfully obtained permission to enter and could freely access the public areas of the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 8th floor, we checked all the company directory signs on the floor one by one, and found no relevant signs of Plutus, nor any office area belonging to the broker. There were no security measures pointing to the company's exclusive office space. Since we could not find corresponding company information, we could not enter the broker's internal office area. Throughout the process, we did not find the company's reception desk, and naturally could not photograph the reception desk or its LOGO. The venue is not a shared office.

We repeatedly confirmed in the public areas of the floor, but still found no office traces related to Plutus. The security guard also clearly stated that there had never been any record of this company in the building. We could not observe the company's internal office environment at all, nor could we enter any office space claimed to belong to the broker. The overall situation completely does not match the broker's claimed positioning of having an office here.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Plutus does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

We went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit of the forex broker Plutus. At its publicly displayed business address, we failed to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are requested to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
