Process

The on-site inspection team went to Singapore as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker NODA Forex Trading. According to public information, its office address is 1 168 Robinson Road, Capital Tower #18-03, Singapore 068912, Singapore.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to the target area in Singapore. They conducted a physical verification of the dealer NODA Forex Trading which claims to be located at 1 168 Robinson Road, Capital Tower #18-03, Singapore 068912, Singapore.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Capital Tower. This location is situated in the most central area of Singapore, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is a super-luxury office building with many large companies located there. However, no company signl or relevant information for NODA Forex Trading was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were allowed to enter. The directory board inside the building showed information for other companies at this address.

The inspection personnel were unable to find clear signal or security measures for NODA Forex Trading's office area, could not enter the interior, could not photograph its reception area and logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

As entry was not possible, the inspection personnel could not observe the company's internal environment or other conditions from the lobby area.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that dealer NODA Forex Trading does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
