They conducted a physical verification of the broker Menara Mas Futures, which claimed to be located at Mangga 2 Square Complex, Blok G 5, Jakarta 14420.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at Mangga 2 Square Complex. This location is in a relatively central area of Jakarta and is a relatively large shopping mall in Indonesia. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere, but the exterior of the building only displayed the mall's name, with no indication of specific floors or buildings, and no company signage or related information was found.

The verification personnel attempted to enter the building lobby. After stating their purpose to the security guard, they were not granted entry permission. Since no company directory plate of the firm was found around the building, nor was there any company logo, the specific floor and location could not be confirmed. Consequently, the verification personnel were unable to reach the target floor and thus could not confirm the company's precise location.

The verification personnel could not enter the company's interior and were also unable to photograph the reception area of Menara Mas Futures. This office was not a shared workspace. As entry was not permitted, the company's office environment could not be observed even from public areas.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Menara Mas Futures does not exist at the aforementioned address.
