Many years ago, I deposited funds and traded on RoboForex, and the final balance was about USD 4,850, but I never made a withdrawal. Every month my email would receive an account balance statement, and seeing that the balance in the account was correct, I did not become alert. Yesterday I wanted to withdraw the balance, but it turned out that, possibly because I am in Asia, withdrawal methods are very limited. 1. I cannot withdraw using the credit card originally used for the deposit, 2. I cannot successfully register a new card for a refund. Therefore I registered a Binance account and chose the withdrawal route to Binance. I tried several times, but kept not receiving the SMS with the confirmation code. Later I submitted an exception ticket and filled in the request ID; after a night passed, I still had not received a reply. The next day I contacted online customer service. First they told me: 1. First cancel the previous application and do it again, but I still did not receive the verification SMS, 2. Customer service said he made some changes and let me try again.. 3. I tried several times and could no longer ask the system to resend. Customer service then asked me to issue another ticket and attach a selfie holding my passport... claiming that I first needed to prove my identity before they could send the confirmation code to me via email. So far there has been no follow-up.
