I traded with Axi (AxiTrader LLC / AxiTrader Limited, SVG) on account 47*****, which was approved as swap-free (Islamic). For about seven months every monthly statement showed zero swaps. On 28 January 2026 Axi sent a notice saying swaps would be placed going forward. Instead, on 4 February 2026 they applied a RETROACTIVE swap charge of USD 16,465.38 for the previous months, and on 8 February 2026 they closed my account, shortly after I complained. I escalated through Axi's internal complaint (IDR) and to The Financial Commission, but the USD 16,465.38 was never returned. I am an EU resident in Spain who was placed with their unregulated offshore St Vincent entity with no EU protection. In my view this conduct is deceptive, and I am warning other traders.
