Complaint Details I am an investor from mainland China. I opened an account and traded on the MH Markets (Maihui) platform via MT5, account number: 96*****. The platform recruited mainland clients through domestic IB agents and supports USDT cryptocurrency deposits. During the trading period, the platform intervened in market quotes from the backend, the deposit channel malfunctioned during key market periods, and funds were credited late, causing me huge losses; cumulative losses amounted to 370,000 USDT. I requested compensation for losses from the platform. The platform's account manager offered 10,000 USDT in compensation and required me to sign a settlement agreement, claiming this compensation was to settle all disputes. After I signed the agreement, the platform directly retaliated by banning my trading account, cutting off my login access, and seizing all funds in the account. This agreement is an unfair standard clause; before signing, the platform did not inform me that it would directly ban the account after signing. After the incident, the platform's account manager stopped replying to messages and refused to communicate or negotiate. I found that many other overseas clients have likewise suffered account bans and fund seizures by Maihui, which constitutes repeated violations by the platform. I have already submitted a formal dispute case to the Australian AFCA Financial Complaints Authority, case number: 12-26-509751; at the same time, I submitted a platform violation report to the Australian ASIC regulatory authority, report number: 10129153. I will also subsequently submit a complaint to the UAE Dubai CMA Capital Markets Authority. I request that the MH Markets (Maihui) platform contact me immediately, unblock the account, fully return my funds, and properly handle this dispute.
