I personally made deposits and traded on the PGMarkets platform (operating entity: PRIMETIME GLOBAL MARKETS PTY LTD). The platform used the Australian ASIC license as promotional endorsement to induce investors to deposit funds. When applying for withdrawal, the platform delayed without any valid reason, and the funds have been unable to be withdrawn and credited to my account. It has been a month so far, and customer service keeps telling me to wait, wait, wait. Later, they asked me to submit a due diligence form, but after I submitted it, it has now been 7 weeks with no news at all. When I ask customer service, they always give the same scripted response, telling me to continue waiting.
