I conducted forex trading on the Axi platform, with a cumulative deposit of US$5,682.67 into my account. After normal trading, the total book assets in my account reached US$12,153.99, with actual profits of US$6,471.32. The platform required a full set of review materials including identity and address. I have submitted all of them completely as required, and all verification materials are authentic and valid. I thought I could normally apply for withdrawal, but to my surprise, the platform, without sufficient factual evidence, directly deducted all my profits of US$6,471.32 from my account, only returning the principal I initially invested. All my trades were independently operated by myself, without multiple accounts, wash trading, arbitrage, or any violating strategies. I traded completely in accordance with platform rules. All deposit records, account screenshots, fund flows, and vouchers for submitted review materials have been retained. I have repeatedly communicated and appealed with the platform, requesting them to produce the trading records and agreement clause evidence corresponding to my alleged violations. The platform has never been able to provide solid evidence, and still forcibly confiscated the profits earned through hard work in trading. With real money invested, profits generated from normal trading have been arbitrarily deprived under the premise of complete documentation and no substantive violations. As an ordinary investor, facing the strong terms of an overseas platform, individual power is very weak. My mind is still in suspense, and the profits that should belong to me have been directly deducted in a blanket manner. Here I expose this behavior of the Axi platform to remind all traders to be vigilant! I advise all investors to keep their eyes open and beware of this platform arbitrarily deducting account profits. I also hope that the Axi platform will take user demands seriously and produce conclusive evidence of my violations. Otherwise, it should return the remaining funds of US$6,471.32 in my account and allow normal full withdrawal.
