I use this platform to run EA quantitative trading. I deposited a total of 2000U into my account. The first withdrawal of 1500U was processed normally. After withdrawal, the account balance was 3500U (3000U profit). Then I made a second withdrawal of 2400U, which was rejected by the system and flagged as violating trading. Subsequently, I informed the platform about the EA I was running and requested data proving my trading violation, but I have not received any email reply so far. Can I interpret this as the platform allowing normal trading when there is a loss, but refusing withdrawals when there is a profit? My current demand is that the PGM platform allow normal withdrawal from my account. Finally, thank you to WikiFX HX platform for providing us small traders with a way to voice complaints.
