Withdrawal delayed without reason for ten months!!! Account funds long withheld by the platform, multiple withdrawal promises breached!!! I opened an account on this platform on December 7, 2025, and deposited a total of USD 17,150. All my trading was compliant, with no violations or arbitrage. Later, when I applied for a partial withdrawal, the platform arbitrarily determined that it was malicious arbitrage, banned my account, and deducted my profits without authorization. After multiple negotiations, the platform only agreed to refund the principal. On December 23–24, 2025, I submitted a full-principal withdrawal request. The platform continued to maliciously delay payment and failed to honor multiple promises: 1. January 10, 2026: only USD 7,150 was paid, with the remaining USD 10,000 owed; the platform promised to settle it within that month but did not fulfill the promise; 2. End of March 2026: through the customer service manager, I contacted platform shareholder Mr. Zhang, who promised to settle it in April, but breached again; 3. May 11, 2026: only USD 1,000 was repaid, with USD 9,000 still owed; later, in a WeChat voice call with Mr. Zhang, it was agreed to arrange a partial withdrawal before May 20, but it was still not fulfilled; 4. June 2 to October 17, 2026: I contacted the customer service manager multiple times. Of the originally owed USD 10,000, only USD 8,000 was repaid, and USD 2,000 is still owed to date. Subsequently, I contacted them through multiple channels including email, phone, and WeChat, but received no reply. This money is life-saving funds, yet it has been long withheld by the platform, which repeatedly breached its commitments and made excuses. I earnestly request the authorities to intervene and investigate, and urge the platform to immediately return the remaining funds in full!
