After successfully completing a transaction on the 6i trading platform recently, I applied to withdraw all the principal in my account. The withdrawal review process has been ongoing for over a month. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted the platform's online customer service to inquire about the progress, but the only response I received was "under review, please wait patiently," without any specific review timeframe or processing plan. Subsequently, the platform unjustifiably delayed paying my agent commissions for a full month. During my attempts to communicate and protect my rights, the platform directly blocked my trading account, and customer service even proactively hung up on me, maliciously obstructing normal negotiation channels and illegally withholding my legitimate funds, which has seriously infringed upon my property rights.
